What do clients say about working with you?
  • "As a manager, I was looking to improve my leadership skills. I had questioned whether I had hit a growth peak due to a feeling of complacency. Through partnering with me in conversation and discovery, I was able to specifically list my goals. Curt has a special way of helping me explore my mind and heart with a unique ability to help me identify what was holding me back for achieving leadership mastery. What a difference three 45minute coaching sessions and a Coaching Leadership (CPI 260) assessment and debriefing can do. I’m more optimistic about my personal and professional future….more defined direction….departmental promotion."
    - Linda H.

  • "I met Curt Canada just when I needed a voice of reason in my life. For the past 20 years, I’d been focused on my career, had achieved success and traveled the world, but was beginning to feel like something was still missing. As a Leadership and Executive Coach, Curt is a powerful listener; empathetic and perceptive. He helped me get right to the heart of the issue without ever telling me what to do. Curt understands the challenges facing women in the corporate and global environment and that enabled candid and collaborative discussions about my situation. He also introduced me to leadership and personal assessment tools that gave me a new perspective. Now, I’ve recognized when and how I prioritize work to the detriment of other important areas of my life and I’m moving forward with confidence and the right tools to make positive changes. Friends and family have noticed a change in me and so have I. Thanks to Curt, I’m looking forward to a big new adventure that includes so much more than just the next step on the corporate ladder.

  • "The FIRO-B Interpersonal Relations Orientation Assessment is a valuable self -assessment document and has helped me fine tune my job search. Anyone looking for metrics beyond simple personality traits and characteristic assessments will appreciate the information provided with this instrument. It has been an invaluable tool in my job search process and serves as a sticking point reminding me of my tendencies, likes, and dislikes helping me to discern environments that will contribute to my success."
    - James Guthridge, Postgraduate, University of Colorado-Boulder

  • "My coaching experience with Mr. Canada helped me to identify and define my personal and career goals and action plans. Our sessions were positive, productive, and professional. Mr. Canada has excellent listening skills and was able discern when an issue needed to be addressed. With probing and creative questioning, he challenged me to get to the core of challenges that limited my possibilities and explore alternate views than the normal. The assessments administered were also helpful in my personal and career growth. He is personable and genuinely cares for his clients which made my first coaching experience a pleasant one." " One of my aha moments I take away from coaching is that I have the control and confidence to define how I want my life to be and ask for what I want because no one will know if I don't articulate it." Coaching has helped me define my goals and direction after my divorce in terms of focusing on being a better person and pursuing things and activities that reflect my true personality and desires."
    -N.T - Professional Development Associate
