The Program Coordinator, Vendor Relationships primary responsibility is to work with the business partners, Strategic Relationship Liaisons, Content Teams and UK Programming Team in developing educational programming opportunities for the ILTA members.
Meets with interested business partners to discuss potential roadshows, webinars and product briefings
Coordination of all aspects for ILTA's roadshows including: working with vendors to develop topics, creating schedules, locating host firms, vetting content with the Coordinating Content Teams, announcements of upcoming events, create/review announcements, sends announcements and follow up reminders, distributing registration lists, tracking attendance, invoicing, analyzing and reporting feedback.
Works with Coordinating Content Teams to provide speakers and/or content from our Business Partners, including roadshows and webinar with local programming initiatives
Coordination of all aspects for the Product Briefings, create/review announcements, send announcements and invoicing.
Maintain monthly statistical reports for ILTA's business partner programming
Responsible for maintaining content in ILTA's educational course catalog
Analyze statistics from local programming events and create reports and work with ILTA's volunteers to identify course catalog entries and roadshow opportunities as potential city events
Strategic Relationship Liaisons duties: facilitate and record minutes for the monthly SRL Committee and SR Business Partner meetings, develop monthly agenda, work with the SRLs in developing and implementing goals, work with the SR Business Partners in developing education content for webinars and roadshows and maintain the wiki and resource pages for SRL intranet.
ILTACON – management of the on-floor “Education Hub” that is a forum for business partners to share company updates and education.
Other duties: document job responsibilities for the roadshow, training for part-time staff to handle administrative duties associated with the roadshows; Support the Zoom application and communicate last updates.
Additional projects and duties as needed facilitate
Reports to Vice President, Partner Development. Effectively maintains relationships with other Business Development team members, along with Strategic Relationship Liaisons, Content Coordinating Teams, UK Programming Team and Program Coordinator for Member Relationships.
Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with business partners to ensure maximum value for their experience
Ability to travel to annual Conference (7-10 days in August).
Ability to travel to meetings where deemed necessary
Additional projects and duties as needed.
5-7 years of relevant work experience
Association and Legal experience preferred, but not necessary
Telecommuting is allowed.
