Coordinates overall logistical details for APTA NEXT and CSM Conferences, including space assignments, database management, and special event planning.
Primary contact with the logistic database vendor and coordinates process for all meeting specification reports

Serves as liaison to designated Sections for the CSM and assists Sections with advance logistical planning
Collaborates with Meetings team to provide onsite management and post conference activities
Primary contact for Housing vendor.
Manage housing management process for CSM, negotiate hotel contracts
7-10 years' experience in meeting planning and management
Undergraduate degree or equivalent related experience
2-3 years’ supervision experience
Excellent interpersonal skills, including exemplary customer service
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong contract negotiation and housing management skills
Ability to promote a strong team approach within the department
Strong computer/database experience required
Ability to be mobile and work long hours onsite and during meetings
Travel required up to 30% of the time
