Healthcare Association Management Company is looking for an experienced meeting/event coordinator with a minimum of 5 years’ experience related to coordinating and planning large scale conferences or conventions.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience with National Conferences. Candidate must demonstrate strong project management skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks w/accuracy, have an eye for detail and exhibit a team player approach. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word and Excel is required, along with strong proofreading, writing, verbal, and overall communication skills.
The ideal candidate will also demonstrate the ability to easily learn data management systems and other platforms. Planning, organizational, implementation and follow up skills are a must.
Candidate will work directly with Director of Events to produce and manage our annual National conference. Additionally, candidate will assist with any other meetings and events such as Board Meetings, Public Policy Meetings, etc.
