We are looking for a well-organized candidate with superior technical skills to join our meetings and conference department. This is a non-exempt position, and reports to the Senior VP, Meetings & Conferences.

The successful candidate will provide administrative, logistical and technical support for the meetings and conferences department, which includes handling logistical concerns (travel and housing), meeting room requirements, food and beverage functions, developing staff on-site schedules, managing content on HDA M/C website pages, working with SVP on hotel contracts and outside vendors and researching cost effective options that meet HDA standards. Must have ability to work on multiple projects and with minimal supervision. This position requires candidate to have the ability to travel up to 15 days per year.
You must have at least two years office experience and be technically proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel. CRM software (Avectra netForum) experience highly desirable, as well as Asana project management software. A college degree is preferred, but not required and experience in meeting and conference planning is a plus.
