The American Urological Association (AUA) is the premier association for the advancement of urologic patient care. We are actively recruiting a Member Services Operations Associate.
Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the association management database, membership application processing and filing. Serves as primary membership agent for communications via mail, e-mail, telephone, fax and written correspondence to our member and non-members. Provides timely responses to members regarding missing issues for the Journal of Urology, Urology Practice Journal and AUA NEWS. Assist with the billing and collection of membership dues. Provides administrative support and coordination of department activities to include list fulfillment and distribution of mass communications.

The successful candidate will have:
High School diploma required, AA preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Superior customer service and detail oriented skills required.
2-3 years database maintenance, data standardization processes, and quality control audits.
Proficient data entry skills required.
Strong organization and project management skills required.
Multi-tasked oriented and the ability to prioritize and organize work.
Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office.
