DRIVE SMART Virginia is a dynamic statewide non-profit located in Richmond, whose mission is to improve the safety of Virginia's roadways by raising awareness about traffic safety. We execute public information and education campaigns on distracted and impaired driving, teen driving, occupant protection, sharing the road, etc. We partner with companies, localities, law enforcement, state and federal agencies, and schools to deliver our message. 

We are looking for one share cookie to join our team! Our Grants and Operations Coordinator works behind the scenes to make sure that all of our administrative processes move forward. State or federal grants administration experience is a bonus! This a full-time exempt position that reports to the Executive Director. 

Essential Job Functions:

• Manages all grants administration
• Coordinates all fiscal operations
• Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the organization
• Serves as the liason to operational contracts
• Serves as the expert on the procurement and travel policies of the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Represents the organization at various meetings
• Creates and maintains an accurate inventory system of all equipment, materials, and supplies
• Oversees the storage of organization property and maintains the existing filing system
• Coordinates and tracks the distribution of materials to safety partners
