The Education Manager manages and coordinates the education programming of the Academy Annual Meeting, Online Learning Center (OLC), One-Day Seminars, Hanger Education Fair, Certificate Programs for Professional Development, and JPO and Academy TODAY quiz programs ensuring the successful delivery of all programs.
This team member is key to the development of the annual meeting and online learning content working with volunteers to develop and disseminate knowledge. The education manager plays a key role in the research council and its work to educate the profession on the importance of outcomes and evidence.
This team member is expected to demonstrate follow-through and ownership of responsibilities; receive positive feedback from internal and external contacts; show success in meeting and exceeding deadlines; demonstrate quality and accuracy in work product; launch a new education platform on the OLC within one year; and meet or exceed financial expectations as indicated by the annual budget.

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree and at least five years association education experience and the ability to travel up to 20 days per year.
