What you'll do:
Serve as primary contact and provide excellent customer services to meeting registrants, exhibiting companies and staff; assist all ADA registrants with meeting requirements
Assist in the development, testing and implementation of all registration websites
Manage participation for special groups, including VIP attendees, award winners, staff and contractors
Collaborate to analyze registrant data and create registration reports
Assist with weekly and post-meeting report creation, maintenance and distribution
Maintain electronic reference files of screenshots from all meeting websites and physical samples of registration materials
Manage ribbon requirements for all meetings, including maintaining an accurate inventory, fulfilling order requests, reviewing ribbon proofs, distribution and coordinate onsite ribbon desk procedures
Manage production and collation of meeting badges and registration materials, including inventory management and order fulfillment
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Customer service focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Previous experience in meeting registration is a plus.
Ability to multi-task with accuracy and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
General knowledge of Association Management Systems (Personify) is a plus
Travel is minimal and required once per year to the annual meeting.
