Primary purpose: Assists with the production and delivery of online educational content. Works closely with various staff to deliver and improve online learning products through the Society’s learning management system. Schedules and produces educational webcasts and ensures proper delivery of material on SCCM’s educational website.
Works with educational content subject matter experts to develop interactive online learning activities and implements the activities in the Society’s LMS.
Recommends best practices related to adult online learning
Coordinates across departments and with vendors to adhere to production schedules and timelines
Ensure online activities comply with CE and MOC certification and reporting requirements standards
Investigates solutions and options to expand online capabilities
Works eLearning Manager to ensure products are available for launching to membership through the LearnICU platform.
Bachelor’s degree in English, adult learning, or organizational development
Strong project management skills
Advanced computer skills, including MS office applications
3-5 years’ experience in developing and implementing high impact learning solutions
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask
Ability to provide leadership for large group meetings (in person and virtually)
Ability to relate professionally to SCCM members
Working knowledge of Thought Industries (a plus)
