We're looking for someone to: Coordinate the implementation of new online and blended learning educational resources and enters content into a Learning Management System (LMS). Help coordinate the full cycle of product implementation including development, execution, and the evaluation process.

What you'll do:
Coordinate the development and implementation of RSNA online educational content
Assist with content development and execution
Using predesigned production templates, enter and update educational content
Follow established procedures to publish new online content to the RSNA Learning Management System
Make suggestions for improving educational course templates based on adult learning theory and online education best practices
Conduct quality control tests on produced online educational programs
Collect, organize and track production deliverables
Develop and manage detailed work plans and status reports to ensure educational programs are completed on time, delivered to high professional standards, and within budgeted/allocated resources
Supports the Production Team with trouble-shooting online education functionality
Create content templates, processes instructions and quality control documentation when necessary
Assists with any marketing needs for the repurposed courses.
Bachelor's degree required
Two or more years of experience in an administrative capacity preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
Proficiency in database management software, Adobe, PowerPoint and Outlook, preferred
Must handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent interpersonal skills; interacts effectively, professionally and diplomatically with individuals at all levels, including Board members and staff.
