We are seeking an organized, personable, and collaborative professional with a high level of attention to detail to join our Assessment Division.
Essential functions of the Executive Assistant position:
Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chief Assessment Officer, the Assessment Division, and the Division’s volunteer leadership
Assist with Division meeting preparation, take minutes and assure action item follow up
Coordinate and execute assigned projects and tasks with volunteer leadership, including appointments to councils, committees, and task forces
Independently execute, update, and maintain administrative operational policies and procedures, and standing policies of the Division
