Inteleos is a progressive 501(c)(6)) non-profit international medical certification organization that represents over 120,000 medical professionals and we are seeking candidates for our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position. This individual will lead the Inteleos Finance Division which includes the accounting/finance and enterprise risk management departments. Successful candidates will possess skills and experience in strategic financial leadership with the ability to effectively execute revenue and investment goals as well as the staff lead on budget planning. The CFO will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will serve as a member of the Inteleos Executive Team working closely with others on the Inteleos Management Team. The CFO will be the staff liaison to the Finance and Audit Committee.
Essential functions of the CFO position include:
financial and tax planning, budgeting, forecasting, investment strategy, revenue planning, cost management and accounting, risk management, internal controls, and financial statement analysis for domestic and global expansion initiatives;
use of collaborative and consensus-building management techniques to lead the Finance Division staff and as a team member with the Executive team and Board of Directors;
ensure that quality standards are met for all financial-related activities and that Inteleos continues to achieve high marks on annual financial audits and organizational accreditation through the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) 17024 standards set by the International Standards Organization (ISO).
The ideal candidate will have:
Graduate Degree, Certification or equivalent in related fields;
Minimum of ten years’ experience working in departmental function; and
MBA with finance concentration and CFA or CPA designation preferred.
