One of the nation’s largest and most dynamic nonprofit organizations is currently searching for an association management professional to provide management, customer service, and administrative and logistical support for ASCE’s undergraduate students and early career professionals community outreach and engagement programs.

Managing volunteers and projects in support of several member engagement programs and committee events
Tracking 106 active younger member groups across the country and communicating with their leaders regularly
Coordinating and executing the logistics of award nominations and grant proposal submissions
Providing administrative support for planning and execution of annual Concrete Canoe Competition
Administering registration logistics, collection of payments, and distribution of revenues
Serving as point of contact for students and younger member volunteers age 35 and under
Updating and maintaining web pages
Preparing and mailing certificates and letters of congratulations
Processing invoices, travel authorizations and reimbursements
Preparing reports and evaluation summaries
The ideal candidate will have:
Four-year college/university degree or equivalent broad knowledge in a specialized field
5-7 years of experience in association management or similar environment
Thorough proficiency with the full MS Office Suite (mail merges, database creation and queries, formulas and pivot tables, etc.)
Excellent writing, editing, organizational and listening skills
Demonstrated success managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with attention to details.
Interest in people and working collaboratively with in-person and virtual teams.
