The Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) is seeking a Membership and Member Services Manager. This position will work under the guidance of the Director of Membership and Innovation and will be responsible for managing a range of functions that support the membership department, including the recruitment, engagement and retention of members, the production and delivery of superior benefits to RBMA members, support of assigned committees and general duties of the department as it develops and maintains positive member relations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Connect RBMA, an online members-only community through the Higher Logic platform, to ensure a collaborative environment among our members and continued positive engagement. Identify engagement goals, measure performance and adapt strategies as necessary.
Maintain several sections of the RBMA website ensuring clearly communicated benefits of membership and ease of use for the member.
Create and launch member surveys at the direction of RBMA volunteer leadership. Format results in a visually pleasant and easy-to-digest manner. Spearhead communications unveiling survey results to the membership through various pathways.
Serve as the point person for membership inquiries. Track and engage prospective members. Manage the Free Trial program.
Provide superior customer service to current and potential members including prompt resolution to member issues and needs.
Manage the member database to ensure a clean, error-free, duplicate-free database. Pull reports as needed.
Provide Membership Department support for all membership campaigns, renewal season, chapter outreach and other special projects as assigned.
Liaison RBMA committees as assigned and maintain a positive relationship with committee chairs and volunteers.
Attend RBMA’s annual meeting, PaRADigm, and provide onsite customer service and support.
Specific projects and other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Three or more years’ experience in association management, preferably membership
Working knowledge of association management systems (iMIS highly preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Previous experience with Higher Logic Community platform a plus
Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple activities
Excellent written, grammatical and verbal skills
Team player with cooperative spirit and willingness to do what is necessary to get the job done
Ability to determine deadlines and adhere to them; anticipates assignments due and takes appropriate advance action
Individual may be called upon to lift boxes up to 25 lbs in weight. Limited travel within the United States required.
