AASA is looking for a coordinator to provide data, marketing and administrative support to our Association Services team. The coordinator will provide logistical organizational support for our Association Services and Project Management Office as well as data entry support for meeting registrations.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Registration and Membership Database

• Assists with the registration process for Leadership Network Programs and other AASA events as needed under the direction of the Assistant Director of Membership & Affiliate Services. Steps include:
  • Receiving email applications;
  • Finding or creating records (updating data if necessary);
  • Assigning user credentials;
  • Providing PMO’s project coordinator with user credentials;
  • Receiving applications – request for invoice processing;
  • Registering individuals;
  • Sending individual invoices;
  • Coordinating workflow to ensure meeting registrations are completed in a timely manner; and
  • Responding to inquiries regarding program offerings, registration status, invoicing.
• Completes data entry tasks and or projects as assigned by Assistant Director.
• Provides data support for membership batch processing during peak state processing months (August-October).
• Conducts database housekeeping by helping to update records from proofing reports. Examples include:
  1. Functional title updates;
  2. Member type codes;
  3. Gender;
  4. District linkages;
  5. Duplicate records; and
  6. Address and/or email address updates.

Marketing & Project Management Office Support

• Assists the Project Management Office with AASA’s email marketing, including calendar and content tracking, list management, and backend analysis and reporting.
• Assists the Association Services team with overall marketing workflow, including organization and scheduling of marketing materials, maintaining marketing calendar, responding to inquiries
• Assists with ongoing communications related to Association Services programs.
