The Learning Experience Manager (Manager) is primarily responsible for attracting participants into engaging professional development experiences and professional designation programs by providing responsive customer support and targeted outreach. The Manage Learning Experience is typically the first point of contact with professional development prospects and participants. This positive, energetic and customer-focused professional ensures prospects connect with others, grow in their career, learn essential skills, and directs them to supportive learning environments and experiences designed to engender a sense of belonging. The Manager is a high-performing team player focused on meeting and exceeding operational goals, improving administrative processes, ensuring timely response to all inquiries, and matching prospects needs to available learning programs.
Responsible for the management and smooth operation of the CoreNet Global learning concierge program, developing workflows and processes to provide a high-touch experience for participants in professional designation programs.

Accountable for driving growth in learning event registrations globally in support of increased learning revenues.
Provide high-quality support to professional designation program participants, such as developing and communicating appropriate individualized learning paths appropriate to individual program participants.
In collaboration with the Marketing team, create and distribute marketing materials targeted at the individual attendee level.
Respond professionally to calls, chat and other inquiries regarding learning programs with focus on meeting the member/prospective member’s needs efficiently, and whenever possible, to the member’s satisfaction.
Establish and cultivate relationships with new, potential and existing professional designation program participants.
Responsible for supporting the production and delivery of live virtual and classroom based training seminars, including back-end data management, setting up and managing seminar registration, creation of name badges, table tents and participant rosters, recording attendance, managing evaluation and post-seminar test processes, ordering and shipping seminar materials, event planning and real-time seminar support.
Generates accurate reports, provides data and when appropriate, works closely with Accounting to ensure that seminar registrants receive accurate invoices, and outstanding fees are remitted on a timely basis.
Collaborate and coordinate with other internal teams to effectively and efficiently accomplish tasks and responsibilities associated with learning team operational objectives and the CoreNet Global mission, vision and strategic plan.
Actively participate in innovative/ creative face to face opportunities at association events (Summits and regional seminars, etc.) to build strong learning-focused relationships with members and increase engagement in learning events
Accurate use of the Aptify AMS, LMS software and WebEx Training Center to include database management, data entry, and learning event registration
Ensure Top Rated Faculty and designation program recognition process is completed accurately and on time
Contributes to accountability for budget, quality control and operational cost controls.
Contributes to all quality and process improvement for learning programs as a result of knowledge gained through member relationship management
Other duties and administrative support as required
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven results exceeding goals in a member or customer-centric, results-driven environment
Demonstrated advanced competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficiency with Association Management Systems or Customer Relationship Management databases
Experience with facilitating virtual meetings and learning events using WebEx Training Center
Demonstrated mail merge, spreadsheet manipulation, and Outlook calendaring skills
Demonstrated ability to proof-read, edit, and write in a style appropriate to business communications
High degree of emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills
Preference will be given to those with experience working in a Learning, Professional Development, Membership, Finance or Certification role within a professional association
Preference will be given to those with experience in front-facing customer service roles in the hospitality industry
Some travel required
