We are seeking an Administrative Project Manager for ACP’s Education Foundation!American College of Prosthodontists (ACP) is searching for an experienced administrative professional who is highly skilled in all aspects of administration and project management to serve and lead the day-to-day efforts in furthering the mission of the ACP and the ACPEF (American College of Prosthodontists Education Foundation). This key role reports to the CEO and will work with them in collaboration with the Development Consultant and ACPEF Board. Additionally, ability to take initiative, be a self-starter, work successfully with our volunteers and possess advanced software skills will all be key to success for this role. Who is ACP? American College of Prosthodontists (ACP), founded in 1970, is a not-for-profit association created to represent the needs and interests of prosthodontists within organized dentistry, and to the public, by providing opportunities for dialogue, education, advancement, and improvement through meetings, continuing education, communications, publications, and other programs and activities. The mission of the ACP Education Foundation is to secure and steward resources with the aim of advancing prosthodontics. As a catalytic agent for prosthodontics, the ACPEF provides funding to support education, research, and other opportunities for growth. What is the Opportunity? The Administrative Project Manager will plan, coordinate, communicate and document all aspects of foundation projects with the express responsibility of integrating multiple streams of work into a cohesive, coordinated plan, and executing the logistics of the plan. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the administrative components of the Foundation, including project budgets, donation processing and database management. More specifically the successful candidate would be responsible for the following:
Interviews: Will be held on a virtual basis. Job Location: Presently virtual, onsite when we can return to the office; possibly early summer 2021. Relocation assistance for out of state candidates will not be provided.
