Director of Programs & Education

SEVEN12 Management (SEVEN12) is a full-service, management firm providing programs, services and support for its client associations, foundations, societies and their members. Currently, SEVEN12 is seeking a skilled and professional Director of Education & Programs. This position will work directly with SEVEN12’s portfolio of clients, providing key oversight for SEVEN12’s educational offerings, content development, and overall program growth and management. The Director of Education & Programs is responsible for a portfolio of in-person and online educational programs, with support from SEVEN12’s staff. This position will also develop and nurture program strategies and deliverables for SEVEN12’s clients, in coordination with each client’s Account Executive. Additionally, the goal of this position is to grow the right candidate to also serve as an Account Executive, responsible for providing support to client boards, directing staff resources, developing, and managing budgets and financials, and coordinating professional relations.

KEY DUTIES

• Develop and implement educational programming including instructor-led, e-learning, blended learning, webcasts, and conferences for SEVEN12’s client portfolio.
• Provide leadership and direction to assigned Education Committees and Task Forces.
• Serve as the program lead for SEVEN12’s client base, developing and managing specific programs as outlined with each Account Executive. Efforts to include, but not limited to, emerging leader programs, scholarship programs, mentoring campaigns, executive forums, industry trends and data reports, certification programs, and collaboration initiatives.
• Develop and refine processes for program implementation that include internal collaboration, data collection, content review, and outcomes reporting.
• Communicate with presenters, participants, hosts, and others to ensure timely receipt of materials and information including responding to inquiries from prospective speakers.
• Support logistics for webinar sessions and communicate scheduling information with volunteers.
• Analyze current e-learning programs and contribute new ideas to the development and promotion of SEVEN12’s online educational offerings.
• Ensure project resources are planned for, identified, and allocated appropriately to meet the project requirements on time, on budget, and on quality.
• Provide leadership to assigned members and other volunteer committees.
