Director of Media Sales, Strategy and BrandLink

Works with AFCEA media and marketing teams to maintain and expand media sales portfolio and leverage the AFCEA brand. The successful candidate will be able to reach across the organization to build customized sales packages in support of industry customers.
Manages regional media sales account executives and also works independently to negotiate and close sales. Responsible for ensuring revenue goals are met.
Collaborates with the marketing and production staff to develop sales tools, Media Kit; Media Sales and Resource Library, product flyers, and BPA audit. Responsible for thought leadership product strategy, growth and production, to include management and production of Webinars, Executive Videos, Sponsored Content and other non-editorial media affiliated with the SIGNAL brand.
Five years of sales, preferably in advertising, publishing, media, webinars and multi-media production. A familiarity with the Department of Defense, federal government and government contracting a plus. 4-year college degree in a relative discipline preferred.
