Webinars & Events Outreach Coordinator

The Global Initiative for Inclusive Information Communication Technology (G3ict) and their International Association of Accessibility Professional (IAAP) division a non-for-profits located in Atlanta, Georgia is searching for a part-time remote coordinator to manage and provide oversight of webinars, and events/meeting.

The position will be responsible for negotiating with potential vendors, managing communications with guests, speakers, client stakeholders.  The position will also have the responsibility of tracking and reporting on webinars & events customer feedback. Responsibilities include:

• Webinars & Event Support (20 hours per week)
• Communication & Outreach (5 hours per week)
• Event & Meeting Support (5 hours per week)
