The Manager of Membership is responsible for the management and coordination of the membership renewal process and ensures the accuracy of our member records. This position is the first point of contact for all member questions and serves as a point of contact for SAF’s community platform as well. The Manager of Membership coordinates and implements member retention efforts with staff and state societies and is the staff liaison to the Committee on Professional Recognition. This position also manages national awards and our Fellows program. This individual will assist the Director of Membership’s work with other departments (publications, communications, education, accreditation, policy, state, and local associations) to help ensure a valuable member experience is being provided at all
