Criteria expectations for the position of Executive Director of the Colorado Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm (Mountain Time) availability for email and telephone communication; exception of holidays and disclosed vacation days.
Specific job requirements include Association Management functions:
* Roberts Rules, computer skills such as excel worksheet, word documents, website maintenance.
* all financial management assigned to the Colorado Chapter.
*administration duties such as board of directors meetings and all committee meetings.
*preparation of quarterly Chapter newsletter and working relationship with typesetter.
* Chapter education offerings, both virtual and in person, which include securing sites, food service, instructor/presenters, audio visual equipment, and including working relationship with requirements of the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulations of Colorado.
*timely reporting of Appraisal Institute requirements, including reports and minuets of meetings and all record keeping.
Education Preferred: College degree and/or previous experience as Executive Director.
