What we're looking for: We are seeking a talented individual responsible for supporting programs, committee activities and communications for three academic radiology societies.

What you'll do:
Update academic societies' website content and coordinate work with the Marketing Department
Send all approved email campaigns for the academic societies
Provide excellent service in a timely manner to member requests and support the administration of the membership renewal process
Assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of Board of Directors meetings, committee meetings and other society annual meetings
Support committee appointment processes. Work with the Membership department as needed to maintain accurate records. Pull report from the association database as needed
Maintain department timelines and serve as project manager when appropriate
Assist account managers with the development and implementation of programs and special projects as assigned
Create routine correspondence, departmental meeting summaries, and reports
Maintain department files and prepare invoices
Staff assigned functions at the RSNA Annual Meeting and AUR Annual Meeting
What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
Two or more years of experience with a nonprofit organization, preferably with a medical related society
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience working in database software
Strong interpersonal skills
Flexibility and willingness to accept change
Experience in customer service support
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects
