The DE&I Manager serves as the primary subject matter expert and architect of the association's diversity equity and inclusion strategies and relations plans and programs throughout the association. The position oversees the identification, development, implementation and evaluation of such initiatives. This is an administrative, full-time, staff position and will be eligible to participate in NAWIC’s Employee Health and Benefits Plan as set forth in NAWIC’s personnel policy.
