Position summary:
A nonprofit founded in 1915, the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants (ISCPA) is the largest professional membership organization dedicated to CPAs, accounting professionals and accounting students in Iowa. The CEO provides leadership, strategic initiatives and management to a dedicated team serving the diverse and changing needs of members. The CEO will collaborate with the board of directors to determine the organization’s strategic direction, policies, goals, and organizational design and is ultimately responsible for all areas of the nonprofit. Advocacy, budgeting, planning, negotiating, and communication are all key functions of the position.
