Seeking an experienced candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and can successfully manage multiple competing priorities with attention to detail. The successful candidate will build collegial working relationships with colleagues in various departments, as well as key external stakeholders, and possess the judgment to work independently as a contributing member of the team. Strong written and verbal communications skills are required.
Work is performed mainly in the office with some travel required.
Manage all aspects of departmental organization and sales data.
Manage and maintain all aspects of membership, advertising and trade show booth sales.
Maintain all operational aspects of exhibitor support and trade show operations.
Exhibitor sponsorship and advertising sales support.
Other Essential Requirements:
Basic computer skills required with attention to detail.
Highly organized/motivated with an outgoing, professional demeanor.
A self-starter who can systematically organize all aspects of the Development Department to include sales, tracking and reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills that include the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and mail merge.
Ability to create/maintain spreadsheets and be responsible for overall management of administrative processes.
