NAPEO advocates for the interests of PEOs at all levels of government and provides robust member resources for PEOs. PEOs provide payroll, benefits, regulatory compliance assistance, and other HR services to small and mid-sized companies. NAPEO is seeking a Director of Member Engagement to manage membership engagement and retention strategies for the organization.

As the Director of Member Engagement, you will plan and execute membership engagement and retention strategies and coordinate the delivery and promotion of member services. You understand that increased engagement is key to member retention and will develop goals and action plans to achieve increased activity and participation on an ongoing basis. This position reports to the VP of Events & Member Services.
Qualified candidates offer:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of association experience focused on membership/member engagement
- Experience in marketing and association management
- Familiarity with association membership databases and reports
