EEI’s Customer Solutions Team is excited to welcome a Coordinator, Military & Corporate Customer Solutions, to support our internal team in managing outreach, communications, and events for corporate and military customers and EEI member companies. The Coordinator will also provide administrative support to senior members of the customer team. Functional responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Assist senior members of the customer team in planning and executing meetings, other outreach, and provide support in day-to-day activities.
Manage customer and stakeholder relations through EEI’s CRM database and utilize communication tools and platforms to conduct outreach and correspond with stakeholders.
Research and summarize industry trends for publication in documents, newsletters, and presentations.
Assist with planning and execution of calls, meetings, and large conferences. Requires occasional travel to provide on-site attendee and event support.
Support various department activities including processing contracts and purchase orders, maintaining and updating websites, providing project coordination, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet department objectives.
At least 2-3 years related experience
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Proficient with computer skills especially with Office 365, virtual meeting platforms, CRM databases, and meeting registration platforms
Excellent organizational, and time management skills
Able to work with employees of all levels including senior level executives
Ability to establish professional relationships with good customer service, and interpersonal skills
Strong meeting coordination and facilitation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with others in individual and group settings
Compensation
The salary range for this role begins at $55,000. Starting annual salary will be determined on individual qualifications. EEI also offers an annual performance incentive which is prorated for mid-year start dates. This incentive is typically up to 10% of base salary. Office Protocol/COVID-19
This is a hybrid position which requires the incumbent to reside in the District of Columbia metropolitan area and come into the office a minimum of two days each week. All employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or receive a medical or religious exemption.
