ABOUT THIS ROLE
The International Coaching Federation & Foundation (ICF) is the largest resource for business and personal coaches, representing more than 40,000 members and 30,000 credential holders. ICF supports and preserves the integrity of coaching through standards supported by the individual membership.
We are seeking an Assessor Manager to join the ICF Credentials & Standards team. The Credentials and Standards Assessor Manager oversees and manages a global community of assessors charged with conducting the performance evaluation assessment for the ICF Credentialing process. The Assessor Manager oversees the development and delivery of initial training, onboarding and ongoing professional development opportunities for assessors, and manages the administration of performance evaluations to ensure consistency, high quality, and efficiency throughout the process. Additionally, this role is responsible for creating and maintaining a digital community for the global assessor team to engage, share and learn.
Requirements
Manage the administration of the credentialing performance evaluation process, from intake to review, for individual credentialing applications
Oversee the processing of performance evaluations and communication of results to credential candidates
Monitor performance evaluation data trends to inform assessor recruitment strategies
Provide regular data analysis and reporting on performance assessments and submit monthly metrics to monitor progress toward Key Performance Indicators
Support the administration and execution of assessor training initiatives
Oversee the delivery of initial training and onboarding of ICF assessors
Maintain a digital community to support the communication and development needs of ICF assessors
Coordinate and facilitate regular engagements, events and professional development opportunities for the ICF Assessor Community in partnership with volunteer leaders
Facilitate regular ICF Assessor Community events, webinars and virtual sessions
Develop and nurture relationships with ICF assessors as essential partners in the ICF Credentialing program
Design and execute strategies to increase engagement and strengthen ongoing learning and development opportunities for assessors
Provide quality assurance reviews of performance evaluations to ensure assessments meet organizational standards
Provide outstanding customer support to the ICF assessor community and individual candidates seeking an ICF Credential
Ensure accuracy of information on credentialing candidates and application materials in Credentialing databases
Create and curate content for a monthly newsletter
Support Credentials and Standards volunteer recruitment, retention and recognition
Collaborate with other ICF teams and departments to support initiatives, events, and programs related to ICF Credentials and Standards stakeholders
Represent ICF Credentials & Standards at conferences, conventions and other events
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience
Outstanding professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong facilitation skills
Association or volunteer management experience preferred
Knowledge of online/digital community engagement and leading practices
Strong customer service initiative and skills
Active Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential preferred
Exhibits a global mindset and keen ability to engage with a culturally diverse community
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision
