Salary Details:
Starting hourly rate of $17.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience, with performance and salary review after 3 months. After 6 months, employees who work at least 16 hours per week are eligible for paid vacation and holidays.

The Unified Virginia Chiropractic Association (Unified VCA) is seeking one or more reliable, conscientious, ethical, organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and personable individual(s) to provide administrative and member servicing assistance. Additional hours may be required twice a year, when preparing for Spring and Fall conventions.
Job involves a variety of database, customer service and admin tasks. Tasks will be shared with an existing P-T employee working primarily on alternate days. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
process new memberships and membership renewals,
process meeting registrations,
run membership and meeting reports from database,
help answer phones (shared with other team members),
handle or triage member questions,
call members for updated credit card or contact information,
provide support to other team members and leadership,
assist with registration and on-site staffing at 2-3 conventions/seminars in VA per year,
project management,
other duties as assigned.

Opportunities to expand role to help with marketing, communications, legislative activities, graphic design, social media, website, and other areas.
Required:
Experience with databases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
High-speed internet, own computer or laptop, printer.

We have 700 members representing about half of the licensed DCs in the state. Main office is in central Virginia, right outside of Charlottesville, but all employees work remotely.
