The Corporate Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of multichannel marketing activities in support of ASBO International’s Corporate Alliance Partnership (CAP) program. Working directly with the Director of Marketing & Communications and the CAP team, this position will be responsible for creating, implementing, and analyzing all communications and deliverables relating to partners. Project management proficiency, the ability to multitask on multiple projects, and excellent communication skills are necessary for this position. The Corporate Marketing Manager will also provide support to the Marketing & Communications team outside of their responsibilities to the CAP program.
Position Duties:
Write, design, and disseminate marketing materials to ASBO International members on behalf of partners via email and social media channels.
Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of ongoing projects, developing new initiatives, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Develop strategies and marketing plans for partners to engage with a global audience of school business officials.
Ensure all marketing materials conform to ASBO’s established brand standards and design vision.
Review all digital and print deliverables for appropriate logo and branding usage.
Curate and provide analytics and data for reporting.
Collaborate with the CAP team to produce fulfillment reports for partners.
Draft and disseminate partner press releases as needed.
Identify additional opportunities for partner recognition in marketing channels.
Maintain and create website pages for partners and website pages relating to the CAP program.
Additional duties in support of other ASBO International marketing and communications initiatives as needed.
Required Knowledge & Skills
A successful applicant will possess:

Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work in a deadline-oriented environment.
The ability to think quickly and creatively regarding the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns.
A positive attitude, working well in both a collaborative, cross-functional team environment and independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience working with email marketing services (Informz preferred).
Experience and knowledge of best practices for major social media platforms.
Analytical skills for evaluating gathered marketing data and analytics.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required with a concentration in marketing, communications, or English preferred.
One to three years of experience working in marketing and/or communications.
Preferred Knowledge & Skills:
Familiarity with the primary programs of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere).
Video production experience, especially relating to promotional materials for membership-based organizations.
Prior association or non-profit working experience is strongly preferred.
