The President will have P&L responsibility and will work in concert with the board of directors to lead development and implementation of the strategic plan. This individual will have the opportunity to shape the future of the organization and spend time day to day leading the execution of an established team. Primary accountabilities with member sales, member benefits and engagement, marketing, and events management. This person will oversee the delivery of technology solutions, industry training and will be the champion of driving cooperative placement and working through the team to optimize relationship building across the organization.

Lead, manage, coach and mentor a team of 10 professionals.
Creatively lead engagement team focused on connecting members and driving split placements.
Lead the development and implementation of successful tech solutions to drive member success.
Oversee sales and new member development function.
Oversee training and systems support functions for organization.
Lead the implementation of the annual strategic plan.
Work closely with the board to oversee a smooth-running operation.
Manage the P&L/Budget of the organization and maintain a strong balance sheet position.
Oversee delivery of services to diverse groups globally.
Oversee execution of global and US based member events.
Oversee internal and member marketing programs and activities.
Provide problem solving and conflict resolution.
Manage a large group of volunteers and champion volunteerism across the globe.
Be the face of the organization internally and externally.
Lead all communications including public relations, internal member communication and be out front at key events.
Build a culture of service and member servanthood.
Build industry partnership and support advocacy for members.
More about the role:
Position is primarily remote with employees in MI (several), TN, Maine and Australia.
15-20% travel to meet with team and lead events globally.
Position is replacing a President who is retiring in June of 2024.
