Bostrom is looking for an HR Manager to support our welcoming and inclusive culture, and high-performing team of professionals! In this generalist role, you will support all aspects of the employee experience and HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, company culture, performance management, compliance, as well as payroll and benefits. You will be a trusted advisor to employees, answering questions and resolving issues. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where you will play a vital role in maintaining our strong company culture and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.   This is a new role in Bostrom’s HR department which currently includes the Chief People Officer and HR Associate.
