Position Summary: Our team of dedicated professionals is seeking a Member Services Specialist. This full-time, non-exempt role offers flexibility with remote, in-person, or hybrid work options. As an essential part of our team, this role is crucial in enhancing the value of SAMPE membership and supporting our mission. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Membership Services to represent our staff in committee meetings and events and oversee membership retention, renewal, customer service, and database management. Primary Responsibilities: CUSTOMER SERVICE: Support the membership department's daily operations, including member outreach, onboarding, retention efforts, and members
