POSITION SUMMARY The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will work in close partnership with the President/ CEO to support, oversee, and manage all aspects of Chapter operations.  Primary duties include membership, marketing and communications, media and content, government affairs, political action committees, and committee operations.  The COO will directly supervise and develop 4 of the 12 full-time staff and have profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for a budget of up to $2M.  The COO will work collaboratively with ABC Eastern PA staff, volunteers, and contractors to serve members and advance the mission.
