POSITION DESCRIPTION TEI (Tax Executives Institute, Inc.) is seeking a IT & Web Support Specialist to provide essential support across the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring staff have reliable access to systems and tools. This position emphasizes technical assistance, hardware/software troubleshooting, and support for hybrid and in-person events and data management in the organization's AMS (netForum). IT Support (Primary Focus): Deliver responsive desktop and application support (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, etc.) Manage onboarding/offboarding of users including hardware con
