This position serves a key role related to membership engagement, member services, conference logistics, and other vital administrative functions. This position is responsible for conducting excellent customer service, directly managing the membership dues invoicing and collections process, processing new member applications and performing other tasks in the Association Management System (AMS), and handling a variety of conference coordination duties.
