Position Summary: The Programs and Chapter Specialist supports the Membership Department by facilitating effective communication, program and membership management for all membership related activities. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintaining regular and consistent communication with multi-state membership leaders, and responding to inquiries Developing and delivering technical training content for multi-state membership leaders.
