Overview The Membership Specialist I is responsible for providing high-level customer support to APIC members and customers, across all channels. This includes taking appropriate actions to resolve customer concerns and updating accounts in the database(s). This position plays a key role in communicating membership and its value to recruit and retain members. The ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, strong written and verbal communication, and proven organizational skills is needed.
