The American Gem Society (AGS) is seeking a Membership Manager to oversee the daily operations and administration of AGS membership programs. This position is responsible for managing key functions related to member recruitment, retention, engagement, and cross-department collaboration in support of organizational goals. Reporting to the Director of Membership, the Membership Manager will supervise and support a small professional team while planning and implementing membership events, campaigns, and initiatives.
