The Opportunity The Chief Engagement and Growth Officer is a senior executive leader responsible for shaping and executing enterprise-wide strategies that strengthen engagement, expand membership, and grow the oncology nursing community. This role oversees membership development, marketing, communications, volunteerism, meetings, and digital engagement assuring a cohesive, data-informed approach that delivers meaningful value to members throughout their careers.
