Position Summary
We are hiring for a newly created position on NIRI's Programs team. This role will begin as a 6-month contract position with full-time hours expected, with the intention of evaluating a mutual fit for conversion to regular full-time employment.
The Programs & Digital Content Coordinator will play a key role in expanding NIRI’s capacity to deliver high-quality events, publications, and digital resources. This position supports all aspects of the Programs team, including event logistics, member support, online content production, and administrative operations. A core focus of the role is repurposing existing program content into new digital formats to enhance member engagement and broaden NIRI’s online presence.
This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented, creative professional who can balance administrative tasks with digital content creation and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
This is not a fractional consulting or advisory engagement. We are looking for someone who wants to become an integrated member of our team, work closely with us on an ongoing basis, and grow into the role over time. The ideal candidate will have strong availability during regular business hours and will be interested in a long-term opportunity if the contract period is successful for both sides.
During the initial contract period, the person in this role will work closely with our team, participate in regular meetings and workflows, and take ownership of defined responsibilities related to the position. At the end of the initial term, we will assess performance, business needs, and mutual interest in converting the role to full-time employment.
